Job description:
Worker responsibilities are:
- To show up for work on time.
- Must have appropriate clothing and gear for the weather.
- Must have basic hand tools(hammer, tape measure, speed square, chalk line)
- Must have basic safety attire(hard hat, steel toes, high vis)
Worker experience:
- Must have knowledge in most forming types. min 5 years
- Running a skid steer.
- Must have transportation to the job sites sometimes not bus accessible.
Worker education:
- Journeymen-redseal. Or experienced apprentice.
- Or 5 years of solid concrete experience.
Job Duties:
- Reading and interpreting blueprints
- Operating light equipment (Bobcats, forklifts, etc.)
- Managing peers (dividing job tasks, working as a team)
- Knowledge of job site safety rules and regulations (Occupational Health and Safety)
- Knowledge of woods and their uses and adaptability
- Knowledge of methods, tools, and equipment used in carpentry
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Experience:
- Concrete Forming: 5 years (preferred)
- Concrete finishing: 3 years (preferred)
