Job Summary

Duties

- Monitor student participation to ensure safety and encourage active involvement in all activities.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support individual development.
- Coordinate special events, sports tournaments, and extracurricular activities to enhance student engagement.
- Maintain equipment and facilities, ensuring a clean and safe environment for all participants.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding activity schedules, student progress, and event details.
- Foster an inclusive atmosphere that respects diversity and promotes positive interactions among students.
