Canmore BnB Services is a professional short-term rental property management company operating in the Canmore area. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional guest experiences through high cleaning standards and a reliable, motivated team. As the busy season ramps up, we’re growing our housekeeping crew and looking for detail-oriented individuals to join us.
Position Overview
You will be responsible for turning over short-term rental units to hotel-standard cleanliness between guest stays. Each day, you’ll travel with the team from Brentwood Station in Calgary to our Canmore office, collect your linen and supplies for the day, then work independently through your assigned units before returning to Calgary in the evening.
Shift Schedule:
- Meet-up point: Brentwood Station, Calgary at 8:30 AM
- Pay starts at 8:30 AM — your morning commute to Canmore is compensated
- Shift start in Canmore: 9:30–9:40 AM
- Shift end: approximately 5:00 PM
- Return to Calgary: approximately 5:50–6:00 PM
- Please note: return travel (Canmore → Calgary) is not compensated
Transportation is provided — you do not need your own vehicle to get to the worksite. Having a valid driver’s license is an asset but not required.
What You’ll Do
Each team member is assigned 2–3 units per shift. For every unit, your responsibilities include:
- Stripping and replacing all bed linens
- Replacing all towels and bathroom textiles
- Thoroughly cleaning all bathroom surfaces (toilet, sink, shower/tub, floors, mirrors)
- Cleaning all kitchen surfaces (countertops, appliances, sink, stovetop)
- Dusting all surfaces throughout the unit
- Vacuuming all carpeted and upholstered areas
- Mopping hard floors
- Checking and restocking unit supplies and amenities to ensure the property is guest-ready
- Completing a detailed photo report after each unit via our app
At the start of each shift, you’ll pick up your assigned linen and all cleaning supplies and equipment (including a vacuum) from our Canmore office before heading to your properties.
What We’re Looking For
- Reliability and punctuality — this is essential
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Physical stamina (standing, bending, lifting, and moving between properties throughout the shift)
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is an asset, but not required — we provide full training
- Valid driver’s license is an asset (not mandatory)
- Comfortable following checklists and completing a digital photo report after each unit
