Duties and responsibilities:
-coordinate the activities of the staff to deliver quality product and service to guests.
-responsible for all FOH daily operations.
-ensure food quality and service standards are maintained.
-build high performance teams and strong work relationships.
-maintain store excellence as well as ensuring a clean, safe and comfortable environment for all customers and staff.
-enforce and follow all company policies and procedures, policies and processes to achieve operational excellence.
--Accept duties as assigned.
-Training staff on policies and proceudures
Front of House Manager has:
-Smart choices certification.
-Excellent communication skills.
-Previous experience in a Front of House Supervisory role or experience as a server in the Restaurant industry. Will train suitable applicant
-Able to work well under pressure.
Salary is based on experience.
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
