Schedule
- Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM – 12:30 PM
- (Hours may vary based on business needs)
Pay Range
$26 – $28 per hour (based on experience)
What You’ll Be Doing
As an Industrial Painter, you will play a key role in protecting and finishing manufactured equipment by:
- Selecting and mixing paints and coatings per work orders
- Preparing and maintaining spray equipment (air-fed and airless systems)
- Setting up paint booths with correct materials and supplies
- Power washing and prepping surfaces, including degreasing when required
- Applying paint, varnish, and coatings to meet quality and aesthetic standards
- Inspecting finished products and performing quality checks
- Applying decals and stenciling according to work orders
- Cleaning spray equipment daily using approved solvents and solutions
- Operating a forklift to move equipment in and out of the shop
- Managing time effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Assisting other team members as needed
- Following all safety, quality, and production procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with air-fed and airless paint systems
- Strong knowledge of finishing materials and coating applications
- Experience in industrial, commercial, or construction painting
- Hands-on experience using spray-painting tools and equipment
- (pressure pots, spray guns, hoses, nozzles, etc.)
- Ability to read and follow technical documents and paint-mixing procedures
- Forklift experience or willingness to operate one
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to take direction when needed
