The manager is responsible for leading department-level restaurant operations; models and demonstrates leadership that is grounded in the Pasta Pantry Core Values. Successful performance is measured by consistent delivery of balanced results through our systems, methods and procedures.

You should have:
- At least two year of management experience working in the restaurant industry
- Excellent interpersonal skills, guest service, and oral/written communication skills
- Strong computer and office administration skills

- A passion for food, beverage and all things related to the restaurant business
- High attention to detail
- An ability to build and foster relationships with co workers and guests
