Responsible to capture performance for Customer Experience, Strategy & Performance Team, including: KPI management, special projects execution of customer activities from Sales, Spec'ing, Delivery to Entry-into-Service & Voice of Customer (Customer Satisfaction survey data analysis).

Maintain detailed actions and project plans to insure continues improvement.

Coordinate tasks, involves appropriate resources and ensures proper task completion based on data collected.

Manage customer aircraft technical issues with multifunctional teams to ensure that issues are brought to resolution in a timely manner.

Interface with Contracts to identify any key risks that could impede customer deliveries.

Manage business performance by using appropriate systems, tools and program KPIs.

Prepare and lead weekly reviews, including internal management reviews.

Collaborate with Strategy & Performance Team and stakeholders to creatively solve problems and brainstorm solutions.

Ensure the use of best practices and applies lessons learned from previous projects.

Identify risks, threats, or opportunities that could impact the success & budget of the project and escalating issues to Strategy & Performance Team

Identify deviations between project scope and desired deliverables, initiating change requests as needed.

Control quality by reviewing deliverables prior to presentation, enhancing internal and external deliverables/documents as needed, suggesting improvements as appropriate.

Coordinate with internal resources/stakeholders such as Engineering, Contracts, Customer Facing Team, Quality, programs, Aftermarket and Logistics during project execution.

You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management (or equivalent) and a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in program management; or equivalent experience; PMP certification an asset.

You have related experience in business or commercial aviation.

You have a minimum of two (2) years related experience in a customer facing role.

You have excellent organizational and planning skills, are able to set priorities in order to achieve important milestones.

You have exceptional communication skills; you are able to communicate at all levels of the organization, from the shop floor to the boardroom level, as well as with customer representatives or our executive customers themselves.

You have strong customer orientation.

You will be expected to be a team player, as well as being a leader within the multidisciplinary project team.

You are fluent in English & French (written and spoken) would be an asset.
