Position Overview:
Reporting to the Team Leader- Document management you will be responsible for all administrative tasks regarding the processing and validation of customer information within the claims system. You will be required to follow up by telephone with suppliers or strategic partners to gather or validate information. You will be required to ensure accuracy and quality of work while respecting time constraints.

Responsibilities:
  • Assemble promotional sales packages according to client requirements
  • Audit package requests to ensure accuracy and compliancy with privacy standards
  • Submit claim packages to GHIP for re-imbursement
  • Prepare invoicing for corporate clients
  • Contacts providers to obtain missing information and to provide billing information
  • Monitor and escalate in progress medical record requests
  • Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
  • College degree (or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience in an office environment.
  • Experience in the insurance industry is an asset.
  • Spanish speaking would be an asset.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (French and English).
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office application and internet.
  • Extensive knowledge of the claims process is required. (for internal)
  • Organization, ability to prioritize and problem solving abilities are essential.
