Precise Parklink (West) Ltd. operates business units in both commercial and institutional environments throughout Saskatchewan and Alberta to automate parking control, and act as a full-service manager.
Precise Parklink (West) Ltd. (PPWL) needs a highly competent individual to complement our Calgary team. The successful candidate will work with the team to drive the growth of revenue, ensure equipment is maintained, oversee ethical enforcement of managed properties and promote high quality customer satisfaction while building relationships with existing and potential clients. Key Responsibilities: As an Assistant Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with contractors, maintenance department, equipment supplier and Landlord/Property Managers
- New site set-up
- Ordering equipment, signs and maintenance
- Preparing/initiating/configuring software tools used at the parking lot
- Working with a team to understand all roles and responsibility our company must undertake at each of our locations
- Ensuring these responsibilities are carried out with consistency
- Completing periodic/scheduled site visits and overseeing our parking lots on a regular basis to ensure all sites are operating as they should
- Ensuring lot equipment is operating as it should
- Checking lot cleanliness, landscaping, lighting and signs
- Looking at opportunities to increase revenues and or improve parker experience at each location
- Evaluate strategies and opportunities to generate more revenue at parking lots that we manage
- Maintaining regular communication with our clients and PPWL team members.
- Responding to requests or issues in a timely manner to ensure the highest level of customer service
- Interacting with clients in person, on the phone, and by email
- Initiating and following up on customer or PPWL team members requests and issues while maintaining a business relationship with each site's landlord and/or Property Manager
- Assisting with month end reporting for our clients, ensuring information packages sent to clients are comprehensive and include valuable operational information on what occurred in the last month
- Ability to help develop and create attractive sign packages that clearly communicate parking lot regulations
- Ensure aesthetically pleasing installation and maintenance of required signage
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans, where and when required/requested.
- Managing online tools used to sell and promote our parking locations
- Ensure all client expectations are met
- Facilitate resolution, or the prevention of, issues/problems for Calgary operations, and or related functions of Edmonton (head office) or Saskatchewan office/operations.
- Setting and demonstrating a strong business ethic for dealing with employees, suppliers and customers
- Enhance and develop policies, procedures and service systems to meet the goals of PPWL Operations
- Review Client reports on a monthly basis for accuracy
- Monitor financial performance to ensure the Calgary Operations is meeting or exceeding budgetary commitment
- Handle Customer enquiries and complaints
- Monitor maintenance of parking equipment in the field and other equipment (including vehicles, tools, janitorial supplies etc.)
- Review and use the monthly financial statements to ensure expense control and proactively plan service and sales goals.
