Duties
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve company growth objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term collaborations.
- Lead negotiations for contracts, proposals, and partnership agreements ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that support business expansion initiatives.
- Manage sales pipelines using Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track progress and optimize outreach strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure timely delivery of solutions aligned with client needs.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports for senior management on business development activities and outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles with a track record of successful deal closures.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at various levels.
- Excellent project management capabilities to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and tools to effectively promote products/services.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management best practices to enhance client retention and satisfaction.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.

Pay: $43,215.86-$90,000.00 per year
