The First Nations University of Canada, Department of Student Success Services is accepting applications for Tutors at the Northern Campus, Saskatoon Campus, and Regina Campus in the area of CREE/NISH/MATH/STATS

Tutoring Area - CREE/NISH/MATH/STATS
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must possess the following:
- Minimum 3rd Year or 4th Year University student (minimum 60 or more credit hours) or possess an Undergraduate Degree in a related area.
- Must have an overall GPA of 70% or better, with a minimum GPA of 75% in at least 12 credit hours in the tutor subject area.
- Superior communication skills (written and verbal)
- Be a self-motivator who can work to achieve results while ensuring attention to detail and compliance with reporting requirements
Duties:
The successful candidate will work with students on problem areas in their course work by explaining course concepts and examples and assist with exam preparation through individual and/or group tutoring sessions at mutually agreed upon days/times.
Salary: $18.00 – $24.00 hourly rate including vacation pay depending on academic credentials.
