Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and confident Registered Dental Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in patient care, education, and clinical operations.
What You'll Do on the Daily:
- assist with care in a comforting and relaxed environment
- build genuine rapport with our patients, learning what they want and need from us
- confidently educate and assist patients with treatment decisions
- schedule patients for their future appointments
- use a fully digital workflow: charting, radiography, and scanning
- ensure compliance with industry standards
You're the Ideal Candidate if you have:
- 1-3+ Experience as a Registered Dental Assistant
- Talking about the financial aspect of care doesn't phase you
- You believe everyone on the team is important
- Taking photos is a breeze
- Sleep and orthodontic care is valued by you and have completed orthodontic module
- The thought of merging dentistry and aesthetics interests you
- Same-day-care is a YES (if schedule allows for it)
- Achieving goals is exciting to you
- You have a strong understanding of dental clinical operations, orthodontic care, and compliance standards

- Hours Tuesday, Wednesday 8 am to 4pm and Thursday 10am to6pm
