Continental Furniture & Appliances, Regina’s largest independent furniture and appliance retailer, is seeking an organized and professional Office Administrator to manage and support our builder accounts.
This position is currently 3 days per week, with the possibility of expanding to 5 days per week based on business needs. The successful candidate may also be required to assist in other office areas during staff vacations or absences.
Schedule
- Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
- Occasional Saturdays as required
- Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- 30-minute lunch break
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain builder accounts
- Track inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability
- Enter invoices into the company system
- Book deliveries and customer pick-ups
- Oversee account receivables
- Communicate with multiple salespeople and business partners
- Assist colleagues in resolving customer concerns when necessary
- Provide additional office support during staff absences
