Summary Role:
As part of our product development team, this role will focus on keeping projects organized, moving smoothly, and on track, while working alongside a team of talented experts— ultimately helping deliver products to retail store shelves across Canada.
Responsibilities:
In a typical day, you will...
- Coordinate project activities, timelines, and team members to ensure timely delivery
- Use project management software tools, and become the go-to for best use
- Track project progress and adjust as necessary to help meet deadlines.
- Prepare projects status progress updates
- Keep detailed documentation throughout the project stages, take notes and action items, and maintain documents for easy access to information.
- Collaborate as the point contact between designers, engineers, internal teams, and suppliers to streamline communication and workflow.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of project experience, administrative or support role
- University Degree in business administration, project management or related
- Proficiency in project management software such as Monday, Microsoft Project, other.
- PMP or CAPM certification is a bonus
- Knowledge of consumer development and retail sales processes is preferred

Pay: $48,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
