We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher to coordinate our service and installation technicians. The ideal candidate will work with our other dispatchers to schedule jobs and coordinate our field technicians. Job description:

Since then we've grown to service some of the largest, most exacting and specialized overhead door projects in Western Canada.
Role:
We have an opening for Service Dispatch/Administration. This role is a permanent and full-time position. We offer a positive work environment with competitive pay and an excellent benefit plan.
Responsibilities:
- Support service dispatch with commercial dispatching and coordination
- Manage inbound phone calls
- Update sales orders with Technician notes and work details
- Assist customers with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
- Convey the value of our services to existing and potential customers
- Accurate and efficient entry of appointment scheduling and call notes
- Dispatch commercial technicians and installers
- Act as a backup for the Residential and Commercial install dispatchers
Skills:
- Ability to thrive during surges of high call volume
- Excellent interpersonal skills Positive attitude with high energy and enthusiasm
- Must contribute to a positive work environment
- Proficient use of typical computer applications
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Garage door knowledge would be considered an asset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
