Mamakas Taverna is hiring Bussers (Full & Part-Time)
Weekend Lunches · Evenings
Compensation: $17.60 an hour + weekly tip out
What We’re Looking For:
· Availability to work weekends + some week days
· Previous experience (2+ years) as restaurant support in a fast-paced, casual fine dining environment (or equivalent) preferred
· Ability to stay calm and professional in high-pressure situations
· Strong time management skills, attention to detail, and a positive, team-focused attitude
· Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 30 lbs
As a Busser, You Will Be:
- Helping to maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including floors, windows, and service stations
- Restocking service stations with necessary supplies
- Transporting bus bins to the back kitchen efficiently
- Polishing plateware and deliver clean dishes to the kitchen as needed
- Ensuring washroom areas are clean, stocked, and presentable
