We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Website Tracking Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web analytics tools, tracking technologies, and data analysis. This role is crucial in providing insights into user behaviour, optimizing product performance, and supporting data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities:
1. Daily Operations:
- Register to given websites among several verticals with the credentials given by the company.
- Ensure accurate and comprehensive data collection to be able to track user interactions, marketing communications and other relevant metrics.
- Act as a real customer, record your actions (taking screenshots) and collect any relevant supporting document which can help us to track any marketing behaviour.
- If required, help the Ops team to add information regarding the website to track into the system (at the beginning, under supervision)
2. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Look at the marketing data collected by our product and analyse marketing behaviours to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and actionable insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- No previous experience required.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Language proficiency in the targeted country.(English language required)
- ID or Residency card from the targeted country.
- Bank account in the targeted country
- Logging in from the country we are targeting, no VPN allowed.
- Must be located in Alberta region, Canada only.
