Birdies & Buckets Family Golf Centre is a fun, community-focused destination offering a family-friendly golf experience. We’re currently hiring a Supervisor, Customer Service to help lead our front-line team and ensure an outstanding experience for every visitor.

Position Overview:
As Supervisor, Customer Service, you will oversee daily operations at the front counter of the facility, provide exceptional service to guests and support a team-oriented environment. You will report directly to the General Manager and play a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of our busy seasonal business.
Responsibilities:
- Open or close the facility
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service
- Supervise and assist front reception staff
- Schedule employee shifts and ensure adequate coverage
- Manage group Golf bookings and event coordination
- Perform cashier duties and handle cash reconciliation
- Order supplies and facility products as required
- Assist Golf Instructors with scheduling lessons and programs
- Support marketing online and manage social media updates
- Maintain a clean, organized facility
- Communicate and report regularly to the General Manager
- Take initiative to support with working shifts during busy and high demand periods.
Qualifications:
- Previous supervisory or management experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic personality
- Comfortable handling customer issues professionally
- Organized and capable of multitasking in a busy environment
- Basic computer and social media skills
