Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly, professional Customer Service Representative to join our team in a part-time to full-time capacity. This role involves engaging with customers via phone and other communication channels to provide exceptional service, resolve inquiries, and promote our products and services. Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Assist customers with domestic and international shipping.
- Professionally pack items for safe shipment.
- Process courier shipments and mailbox services.
- Operate POS system and handle cash, debit, and credit card transactions.
- Assist customers with printing, photocopying, scanning, laminating, and other document services.
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store.
- Promote UPS Store products and services to meet customer needs.
Experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Retail or customer service experience is an asset.
- Printing or graphic design experience is an asset but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when required
Schedule
- Morning Shift: Monday to Friday
- Additional weekend hours may be available based on business needs.
- Opportunity to transition from part-time to full-time for the right candidat
Pay: $15.50-$16.50 per hour
