Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Construction Laborer to join our dynamic team. This role involves assisting with various construction projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality in all tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to follow instructions, and a willingness to learn new skills. Prior experience with construction sites or related fields is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals. Duties
- Assist with the preparation and cleanup of construction sites, including loading and unloading materials.
- Support carpentry work such as framing, decking,flooring, drywall installation, and finishing
- Willing to clean up after themselves and others to maintain a clean and safe work enviroment.
- Help with the demolition and reconstruction of Decks,Fences ,Railings and Pergolas
- Looking for someone who lives locally in the Spruce Grove area and has their own vehicle to get to and from local jobsites.
- Must have availability from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday
- Experience with hand tools and basic power tools used in construction.
- Knowledge of construction processes and safety procedures.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Experience or familiarity with carpentry, caulking, restoration, painting, plumbing, flooring installation is preferred but not required.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials safely.
- Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude towards learning new skills on-site.
- Basic understanding of instructions related to construction projects.
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
