Your Team:
Join Flair’s Revenue Management team, where pricing strategy and revenue optimization support commercial performance across the network. Reporting to the Director, Pricing and Revenue Management, the Manager, Pricing and Revenue Management is responsible for leading the day-to-day revenue optimization activities across Flair’s domestic, transborder, and international route network. This role provides leadership and coaching to a team of Revenue Management Analysts while overseeing fare management, inventory strategy, and booking curve performance.
The Manager, Pricing and Revenue Management translates commercial objectives into pricing and inventory strategies, working closely with Network Planning, Sales, Ancillary, and Marketing to maximize revenue opportunities. Through data-driven analysis and cross-functional collaboration, the role supports commercial decision-making and drives continuous improvement in revenue performance across the network.
A Day in the Life:

Directly supervise, coach, and develop a team of Pricing and Revenue Management Analysts, fostering a high-performance, analytically rigorous team culture.

Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular one-on-ones, and support analyst development through structured feedback, training, and career growth initiatives.

Allocate workload effectively across the team, ensuring coverage and quality during peak periods or analyst absence.

Serve as first escalation point for complex revenue decisions, competitive anomalies, or system issues requiring senior judgment.

Oversee daily, weekly, and seasonal pricing and inventory management across Flair's route network, ensuring consistent application of revenue management principles.

Lead fare strategy reviews at the route and market level, making data-driven recommendations on fare structure, inventory controls, and overbooking parameters.

Drive continuous improvement in booking curve performance, load factor management, and ancillary attach rates through proactive strategy adjustments.

Own the development and maintenance of RM Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring team consistency and compliance with best practices.

Oversee the production of route-level revenue forecasts and performance analyses, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for ELT and cross-functional reporting.

Monitor key commercial KPIs (TRASM, load factor and average fare per passenger) and synthesize findings into actionable insights for senior leadership.

Lead or support regular performance reviews (weekly, monthly, quarterly) with the Director and commercial stakeholders.

Monitor competitor fare actions, capacity changes, and promotional activity across Flair's network, translating intelligence into timely and effective competitive responses.

Support new route launches, schedule changes, and special event pricing by providing revenue projections and strategic recommendations.

Contribute to fare families strategy, flight connections, and distribution channel optimization in collaboration with the Director.

Partner with Network Planning on schedule changes, new routes, and capacity allocation decisions to ensure RM perspectives are reflected in commercial planning.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Ancillary teams to align pricing strategies with promotional calendars, charter activity, and agency channel performance.

Represent the RM team in cross-functional working groups and project initiatives, contributing subject matter expertise and analytical support.

Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support department objectives.
What You Bring to the Role:

Education:
-
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Hospitality Management, or a related field is required. An advanced degree or RM certification is an asset.

Experience:
-
Minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in airline revenue management, pricing strategy, or commercial analytics, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.

Demonstrated experience managing RM analysts or similar commercial team members in a fast-paced, data-intensive environment.

Hands-on experience with revenue management systems (CAYZN or equivalent) is required.

Strong familiarity with fare management, inventory controls, overbooking strategies, and booking curve analysis.

Experience at an ULCC, LCC, or value carrier is a significant asset.

Skills & Abilities:

Proven leadership and team development skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and hold a team accountable.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; working knowledge of SQL, Python, or BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) is preferred.

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect pricing decisions to broader business outcomes.

Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear, executive-level insights.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple competing priorities under time pressure.

Collaborative and cross-functional mindset, with experience working with Network, Sales, Finance, and Marketing stakeholders.
