LLT LLP is a mid-sized accounting firm based in Chilliwack. We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our busy office on a temporary basis until April 30, 2027. The main duties are:
· Provide reception relief when required
· Distribute incoming mail and deliveries to the appropriate staff
· Provide vacation coverage and assist admin assistants during busy periods
· Light housekeeping of the office
· Assist in the set up and tidy away after office functions
· Run errands as needed
· Other administrative tasks determined by the Office Manager or Partners
The successful candidate MUST:
· Have a vehicle and valid driver’s license
· Be a self starter
· Be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
· Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Have a high attention to detail
· Have very effective organization skills
· Have analytical and problem solving skills
· Maintain a high level of confidentiality concerning client’s financial records
Experience working in a professional environment is desired.
