Position Summary
CZRO BIO is seeking a dedicated Production Worker and a Production Supervisor Trainee to join our growing team. In these roles, you will contribute to manufacturing processes that support our mission of environmental innovation and sustainability.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Candidates should be comfortable working in a greenhouse environment and passionate about making a positive impact through sustainable production practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and power tools safely and efficiently
- Assemble components using hand tools and mechanical knowledge
- Support manufacturing operations while maintaining quality standards
- Assist with warehouse organization, material handling, and inventory management
- Follow safety procedures and company protocols to maintain a safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly production targets
- Perform routine equipment cleaning and basic maintenance as required
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Maintain accurate production and inventory records when required
- Work a flexible schedule, including rotating weekend shifts with other team members
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, greenhouse, or agricultural experience is an asset
- Forklift certification is an asset (training may be provided)
- Ability to lift and move materials safely
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working in a greenhouse and industrial production environment
- Supervisor Trainee candidates should demonstrate leadership potential and a desire to advance into supervisory roles
