- Assist the Head Chef in preparing and serving food items
- Prepare all food items in a timely and hygienic manner
- Follow recipes and food presentation specifications
- Stored food items and maintained the highest levels of sanitation and cleanliness
- Replenished raw food, garnishes, and other ingredients to serving lines
- Assisted in serving lines and prepared simple foods, including salads and soups
- Restocked all items throughout shift to ensure the necessary ingredients
- Assisted the cooks with basic food preparations, which included making sandwiches

Experience:
- Cooking: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:
- Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (required)
