Why Not Energy Services Ltd. is a growing oilfield service company based in Grande Prairie, AB, with operations in Fox Creek and expansion into Whitecourt. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Maintenance & Safety Administrator to join our team.
This position plays a critical role in supporting fleet maintenance, equipment compliance, safety programs, and operational reporting.
Responsibilities:Maintenance Administration
- Track fleet maintenance schedules and service intervals
- Coordinate repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance
- Maintain maintenance records and equipment files
- Track CVIPs, registrations, insurance, and compliance requirements
- Monitor equipment downtime and repair costs
- Assist with parts ordering and inventory tracking
- Prepare maintenance reports and spreadsheets
Safety Administration
- Maintain safety program documentation and records
- Track employee training, certifications, and expiries
- Coordinate orientations and safety meetings
- Manage driver qualification files
- Assist with incident investigations and corrective actions
- Maintain hazard assessments, inspections, and audit documentation
- Support COR and regulatory compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Previous administrative experience preferred
- Experience in transportation, oilfield services, maintenance, or safety administration considered an asset
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of commercial vehicle maintenance and safety programs is an asset

Pay: $27.00-$30.00 per hour
