We’re growing our brokerage and looking for a strong Service Manager to help lead and support our personal and commercial lines service operations in Kitchener.

Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day service operations
Support and mentor service team members
Assist with workflow management and file handling
Review renewals and remarketing opportunities
Ensure documentation and brokerage standards are maintained
Handle escalated client situations professionally
Work closely with producers and leadership to improve efficiencies
Assist with training and onboarding processes
Maintain strong insurer and underwriting relationships
Help create a scalable, process-driven service department
Ideal Candidate
RIBO Licensed minimum 3–5 years
Strong understanding of personal lines (commercial experience is a major asset)
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude with leadership qualities
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Experience with broker management systems and insurer portals
Someone who wants long-term growth and leadership opportunities
