Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Shop Hand to join our team. This role involves assisting with daily shop operations, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting customer service efforts. The ideal candidate is organized, hardworking, and eager to learn about shop processes and customer interactions. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment while contributing to the smooth functioning of our shop.
Responsibilities
- Assist with general cleaning and organization of the shop area to ensure a safe and efficient workspace
- Support team members with various tasks related to shop operations, including material handling assist techs with vehicles, prewash vehicles
- Provide friendly & professional customer service
- Maintain safety standards by adhering to proper procedures and reporting hazards promptly
- Support the team in completing daily tasks to ensure timely project completion and high-quality service
- Prior experience in cleaning or maintenance is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Ability to work well within a team environment and follow instructions accurately
- Willingness to learn new skills related to shop operations and customer interactions
- Be flexible to assist wherever you're required.
- Police report required and clean driving record
- Daily attendance is a must
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
