Job purpose
The purpose of the Fluid Pumping Supervisor position is oversee and maintain job requirements for specific contracts.
Duties and responsibilities
- Primary duties and responsibilities of the Job Supervisor are as follows:
- Deliver, operate, organize and maintain pumping equipment.
- Communicate with operators on an ongoing basis regarding changes in job scope and requirements
- Organize operators to job requirements and dispatch as necessary and follow up on any requests made by Customer
- Communicate with Customer and relay information to Dispatch as necessary
- Work Site training and auditing.
- Mentoring operators and boosting morale.
- Meeting with customers and ensuring satisfaction of work.
- Source new clients.
- Operator training
- Ensuring employees are operating in a professional manner and following S.O.P’s
- Ensuring field issues are rectified and customers and operators satisfied.
- Ensuring operators and swampers are educated on and completing all aspects of paperwork.
- Hazard ID’s and all safety documentation.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications for the Supervisor role are as follows:
- Three (3) Years Class 1 Driving Experience
- Previous Coil Tubing and/or Cementing Experience an asset
- Leadership Skills
- Ability to multitask
- Positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
Working conditions
Working conditions will vary and include, but not limited to;
Working remotely from customer locations, evening and weekend work, working outdoors, working in adverse weather conditions, and working with challenging clients.
$650 - $750 per day field rate
$30 per hour shop rate when not in the field.
