Position Overview
The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience. From the moment customers enter our store to the moment they leave, you'll play a key role in ensuring they receive expert guidance and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Help customers select products, determine sizing, and identify the best solutions for their needs
- Provide detailed product information and recommendations
- Demonstrate product features and suggest complementary items when appropriate
- Process sales transactions and answer incoming phone inquiries according to Work N Wear procedures
- Collect and maintain customer information through our POS system as required
- Support inventory replenishment and merchandising initiatives
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding products, promotions, and customer needs
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales experience is considered an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work weekends as required
- Experience with upselling and customer service best practices is an asset
Pay: $17.50-$18.50 per hour
