Overview
We are looking for a proven transportation sales professional who understands open deck freight and can bring and grow a book of business.
This is not an entry-level role. You will have the freedom to build your portfolio, backed by reliable capacity and a strong operations team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage direct shipper relationships
- Bring new business and grow existing accounts
- Price and negotiate flatbed / step deck freight across North America
- Work closely with dispatch to ensure service execution
- Manage customer expectations and maintain long-term partnerships
Qualifications
- 3+ years in transportation / logistics sales (flatbed preferred)
- Existing book of business or strong industry relationships
- Open deck pricing
- Cross-border freight
- Dimensions, permits, and securement basics
- Self-driven and comfortable working independently
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
Pay: $70,500.00-$150,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Abbotsford, BC
