Structured Cabling Technician

The Structured cabling technician is responsible of wiring fiber, coax, copper, CAT 5 and CAT 6 cable into commercial and/or institutional building for different type of services. He does the termination and connectors, and will do the test of the cable.

  • Minimum of 1 years' experience
  • Diploma in cabling/telecommunication a strong asset or equivalent experience
  • History working with Fiber optics an asset
  • Good physical ability
  • Health and Safety oriented
  • Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Available for traveling (on a regular basis)
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently or in a team
