About the Opportunity
Nova Direct is an authorized Rogers dealer expanding its team in Winnipeg. We are looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals to join us as Customer Solutions & Sales Representatives.
In this full-time, in-person role, you will meet directly with new and existing Rogers customers, understand their needs, and help connect them with suitable telecommunications solutions, including wireless, internet, television, home phone, and home security services.

What You'll Do
- Meet one-on-one with new and existing Rogers customers
- Discuss available products, services, promotions, and account options
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Assist with new activations, upgrades, and account changes
- Educate customers on product features, pricing, and available promotions
- Deliver a professional and positive customer experience
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Work toward individual and team performance goals
- Stay informed about current Rogers products and promotions
- Accurately complete customer information and required documentation
- Follow company policies and applicable compliance procedures
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous sales, customer service, or client-facing experience is an asset
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable speaking with and assisting customers face-to-face
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Reliable, professional, and eager to learn
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Reliable transportation
- Full-time availability, including some evenings and Saturdays as required

Schedule
- Full-time position
- Flexible schedule that may include weekdays, evenings, and Saturdays
Pay: $800.00-$1,200.00 per week
