As a Customer Service Representative, you will be a key member of our operations team and directly support our Dispatch Planners and Dispatchers. To be successful in this opportunity you must be able to perform and complete a variety of tasks within a team environment and independently. You will have a minimum of 2 years related work experience. You must be able to achieve high performance levels and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Below is a snapshot of your responsibilities and contributions to the team.
· Maintain and create customer profiles
· Input new orders and communicate to Planning
· Secure appointments
· Monitor shipments
· Ensure proper handling of all freight
· Customs clearance
· KPI reporting
· Resolve issues at P&D points
