- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Assist with night audit procedures as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Uphold high standards of professionalism and customer service at all times
-Perform other related duties assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Knowledge of night audit procedures is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using computer systems and hotel management software
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are an asset
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- A friendly and outgoing personality with a genuine desire to assist guests
