About the Role
As a Guest Services Agent, you will serve as an ambassador for Sundial Hotel, delivering exceptional service to our guests and owners at every interaction. This role combines Front Desk, Reservations, Concierge, and Valet responsibilities and is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional guest service from arrival to departure while creating memorable experiences by anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations.

Assist guests with activity bookings, dining recommendations, transportation arrangements, and local area information

Respond to guest inquiries by phone, email, and in person

Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently

Complete guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently

Process reservations, modifications, payments, and daily transactions

Review reservation details and prepare for guest arrivals and special requests

Communicate effectively with all hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming front-of-house environment

Follow all safety procedures and emergency protocols

Ensure hotel safety standards, emergency procedures, and property presentation are maintained.
