We’re currently expanding our network and looking for licensed mortgage agents to join our national team.
Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to assess their financing needs and offer tailored mortgage solutions.
- Submit mortgage applications to lenders and negotiate terms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other referral sources.
- Stay informed on current lending products, policies, and market conditions.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements (e.g., FSRA, AMF, etc.).
Requirements
- Valid Mortgage Agent License in your province
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a client-first approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Nice to Have:
- Background in banking, lending, or financial services.
- Existing client book or referral network.
- Experience using mortgage CRM and digital tools.
Compensation
This is a 100% commission-based role with high income potential.
Top-performing agents at CENTUM routinely earn six-figure incomes, depending on experience, effort, and client base.
Opportunities across Canada include Hybrid, Fully Remote and/or In-Office
Pay: $50,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Winnipeg, MB (Winnipeg Region)
