Automotive Assitant Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Assistant Service Manager, or Senior Service Advisor to oversee our service department and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
-Manage daily operations of the service department, including scheduling, workflow, and customer service.
- Oversee and lead a team of service technicians, apprentices, and service writers.
- Ensure efficient and timely completion of automotive repairs and maintenance services.
- Handle customer inquiries, and complaints, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary parts and supplies.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide training to staff as needed.
- Implement and maintain quality control standards to meet industry regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize overall business operations.
Our ideal candidate has:
- 5+ years of experience working as a Service Advisor or Assistant Service Manager in the automotive industry
- A valid driver’s license-
- Good problem-solving skills
- Solid leadership skills with the ability to delegate and maintain team cohesiveness
- 310-S Automotive Technician licence is an asset
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to address customer needs effectively.
