Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Office admin to join our autobody repair workshop. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services and possess excellent customer service skills. This role involves analyzing accounts, performing account reconciliations, and utilizing accounting software to ensure accurate data entry and account management. The office admin will be responsible for making orders for parts, preparing customer invoices, taking care of payroll and billing, and specially who can see the accident car and make a estimate for customer.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate office daily office activities.
- Establish work priorities, delegate work to office support staff, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed.
- Placing orders for the parts and taking care of all billing activities.
- Analyze accounts to identify discrepancies and resolve issues effectively.
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Utilize accounting software for data entry and management of financial records.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
- Maintain professional phone etiquette while communicating with clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
- Conduct thorough inspections of accounts to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in financial services or a related field is preferred.
- Strong math skills with the ability to perform calculations accurately.
- Proficiency in accounting software and data entry processes.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
