The Bilingual Pension Administrator will provide administrative support to all members of the Staff Pensions team.
This is a 10 Month Temporary Full Time opportunity
Monitor the staff pension email and toll-free number
Perform basic calculations and prepare pension packages
Process beneficiary and address changes
Follow-up on outstanding DC pension applications
Assist with mail outs
Filing - pulling and return of pension files
Searches for missing members/returned mail
Updating DB7 with various information
Assign and set-up terminations and estimates
Send out 30 & 60 day follow-up letters for Terminations that have been processed by the Pension Specialist
Special Projects as required
Qualifications and Competencies
Attention to detail & high level of accuracy
Bilingual English/French required
Excellent communication skills
Strong customer service skills
Ability to multi-task with strong organization skills
Experience with Excel and Word
Regular Full Time/Regular Part Time employees must have been in their current role for a minimum of one year or as otherwise specified in the employment offer contract.
Temporary or Casual employees must wait until one month prior to the end of their assignment before applying.
The employee must be demonstrating acceptable performance.
