Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated , enthusiastic,and experienced Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering food and beverages to our guests while ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. You will play a key role in maintaining the overall atmosphere of hospitality and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation meets our standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service areas, and dining equipment.
- Assist in food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Respond to guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals.
- Uphold all health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures and experience with cashiering duties.
- Familiarity with food safety practices and ability to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while multitasking effectively.
- Must possess a positive attitude, be reliable, and work well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
