Accounting Clerk - Feed

Your days will include:
- Entering vouchers and processing receipts in Microsoft Dynamics GP accounting system
- Entering data from various information sources
- Daily, weekly and month end inventory entries, balancing and reporting
- Processing Feed Invoices and Returns in Microsoft Dynamics GP
- Corresponding with various departments internally such as the feed mills and logistics
- Other duties as assigned
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Experience with Great Plains would be an asset
- Previous experience working in a computerized office environment
- Basic accounting knowledge, with inventory reconciliation experience.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Able to work independently in a fast paced, changing environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize work
- Organizational and time management skills
- Grade 12 education or Accounting courses considered an asset
