About us. TrinityMed is a local, owner‑operated provider of mobility equipment, accessibility solutions, medical supplies and home‑care services, proudly supporting individuals, families, and clinicians throughout the GTA and Hamilton from our Oakville showroom.
The role. Serve as the key point of contact for clients and clinicians, handling daily in-store sales and rentals, as well as inquiries by phone and email. Support the full sales cycle: qualify leads, prepare quotes, issue invoices, coordinate funding paperwork. A great fit for someone organized, persuasive, and genuinely helpful.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Manage daily showroom sales by assisting walk‑in customers and guiding them through rentals and purchases.
- Respond to every new lead within 2 business hours — phone, web, e-commerce and showroom inquiries.
- Qualify leads, recommend products and prepare quotes within the 24-hour standard; follow up at 72 hours, day 7 and day 14.
- Proactively prospect and call clinics, agencies and past clients to generate new opportunities.
- Be the funding and direct billing expert and do the paperwork — ADP, other programs and private insurance.
- Convert rental clients to purchases (rent-to-own) and re-engage dormant accounts.
- Maintain CRM accuracy by logging calls, updating pipeline stages, and keeping all opportunities up to date
- Support the Business Development Representative with scheduling, quotes and account follow-through.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Hit your daily activity targets (calls made, quotes sent) and meet monthly goals for conversions, revenue, and on‑time follow‑ups.
MUST-HAVES
- 3+ year of inside sales, tele-sales, customer success or retail/showroom sales.
- Excellent phone and written communication; organized, accurate and target-driven.
- Comfortable with computers and CRM data entry.
PREFERRED — A STRONG PLUS
- Rehab Science, Rehabilitation & Health Sciences, or Allied Health Sciences background — product empathy and clinical insight.
- Previous experience selling healthcare products or medical equipment.
- Experienced CRM user (HubSpot, Zoho or similar).
- Cold-calling and prospecting experience within healthcare.
- Experience dealing with long-term care organizations, Ontario Health at Home, and other health-related organizations.
