Marketing Manager
Our client is looking for a bilingual (Mandarin/English) Marketing Manager to join their team on a 1-year contract.
This role is responsible for supporting business development and strengthening market position within the oil & gas sector. The Marketing Manager will work closely with leadership to identify opportunities, develop proposals, and build relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
This is not a traditional marketing role. It is best suited for someone who understands how work is won in this industry and can support both marketing strategy and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand and marketing strategies aligned with business development objectives
- Identify and articulate the company’s unique value proposition within the oil & gas / energy market
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to support growth initiatives
- Work closely with leadership to develop client-focused proposals and presentations
- Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities and building client relationships
- Lead and support proposal development, including participation in pricing and solution positioning
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
- Coordinate marketing materials and tools to support engineering and commercial teams
- Manage marketing and communications initiatives, including digital presence where required
Requirements:
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English (required)
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or business development within oil & gas, energy, or EPC environments
- Proven experience supporting proposals, client engagement, and market positioning
- Strong understanding of industry dynamics, key players, and how work is secured in this sector
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Pay: $60.00-$80.00 per hour
