JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Part-Time Cleaner to join the Optimus Cleaning team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across a variety of residential and commercial spaces throughout Vancouver and surrounding areas. We offer flexible scheduling and a supportive team environment. Prior cleaning or custodial experience is preferred; however, we are happy to train candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic and a genuine commitment to quality.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform general cleaning tasks across residential and commercial spaces
- Carry out deep cleaning, move-in/move-out, and post-construction cleaning as assigned
- Follow Optimus Cleaning's procedures and checklists to ensure consistent, high-quality results
- Handle cleaning products and equipment safely and responsibly
- Communicate with team leads regarding job status, supply needs, or any issues encountered on site
- Maintain a professional and respectful attitude with clients and team members at all times
REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to perform physical tasks (standing, bending, lifting)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within scheduled timeframes
- Previous experience in residential, commercial, or post-construction cleaning
- Driver's License
