Cleaning Takeover is seeking experienced Airbnb and short-term rental operations professionals to manage the day-to-day operations of assigned properties.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals with experience in short-term rental operations, property management, hospitality, guest communications, vendor coordination, and problem-solving.
As an Operations Contractor, you will be responsible for helping ensure smooth property operations, positive guest experiences, strong property owner relationships, and efficient coordination of vendors and service providers.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned short-term rental properties
- Coordinate cleaners, maintenance providers, and service vendors
- Respond to guest inquiries and operational issues professionally and efficiently
- Oversee check-in and check-out processes
- Resolve guest concerns and unexpected property issues
- Maintain professional communication with guests, vendors, and property owners
- Monitor property performance and identify operational improvements
- Help maintain consistent service standards across assigned properties

- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision
Compensation
This is an independent contractor opportunity.
Compensation is based solely on the gross revenue generated by the properties assigned to your management.
Contractors are compensated only for the properties they directly manage.
Compensation Structure:
- 5%–10% of gross revenue generated by the properties assigned to your management
- Opportunities to increase earnings through successful management of additional assigned properties
- Increased earning potential based on performance, reliability, and portfolio growth
