Job Summary
Manpower is seeking a motivated and organized professional to oversee day-to-day operations, provide leadership and support to team members, and ensure the successful delivery of services. The successful candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, employers, and community partners while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and contractual requirements. This role is responsible for monitoring performance, maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement to achieve organizational goals and deliver exceptional service.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in Business, Human Resources, Social Services, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a leadership, operations, client services, or workforce development environment.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, employers, and community partners.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Experience preparing reports, maintaining accurate records, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and database or CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle may be required, depending on business needs.
