Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams). Expert knowledge of Environment for Scheduling Personnel (ESP, 2+ years) and Workforce Management systems. Demonstrated experience with electronic scheduling in a unionized healthcare environment. Familiarity with payroll. processes and resolving timekeeping discrepancies. Strong understanding of collective agreements and scheduling policies. Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi environment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with focus on professionalism and discretion. Anticipating staffing needs and informing managers of shifts that require further attention; entering data for payroll; providing scheduling reports; detailing records and compiling/providing statistical information. Understanding these responsibilities, the ideal candidate will focus on developing trusted relationships, effective interdisciplinary communication with clients and prioritizing with a patient focused mindset.
