Position Overview
Jacobson & Greiner Group is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Supply Chain Manager to lead procurement, inventory management, and logistics across our vertically integrated construction and supply operations. This role ensures materials are sourced cost-effectively, delivered on time, and aligned with construction schedules to support efficient project execution and strong financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
· Procurement & Vendor Management – Develop procurement strategies, negotiate pricing, and manage supplier performance.
· Inventory & Demand Planning – Forecast inventory needs based on construction pipeline and sales trends.
· Construction Procurement Coordination – Align material purchasing with construction schedules and manage long-lead items.
· Logistics & Site Delivery Coordination – Ensure timely delivery of materials aligned with site readiness.
· Supply Chain Risk Management – Identify risks and develop contingency sourcing strategies.
· Integration Across the Group – Coordinate procurement across J&G Supply and all related entities.
· Systems & Continuous Improvement – Implement tracking systems and improve supply chain processes.
Qualifications & Experience
· 1–5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations
· Experience in construction or building materials is an asset
· Strong understanding of inventory management and logistics
· Experience with material takeoffs in construction preferred
· Proven ability to negotiate and manage supplier relationships
