About the position:
- As an Independent Life Insurance Advisor, your primary responsibility is to serve as a trusted advocate, leveraging your expertise to help clients find the most suitable life insurance policies that align with their needs, preferences, and budget.
What you will do:
- Explain life insurance options tailoring recommendations to meet clients' specific needs.
- Sales process is done on the phone, from quoting to doing the application, this is usually done on the first call and takes less than 30 min
- This is a high volume sales position, you will be making 200-250 dials a day with the leads provided and a local number assigned to you
- This is a tele-sales position, we do not meet with clients on zoom or in person. You will be mainly selling term life, or whole life in some situations.
- Track and record quote activity in CRM systems for future reference and reporting.
What we're looking for:
- Must have previous experience in life insurance sales
- Must possess good sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients
- Self-motivation and discipline to work independently from home
