The Peninsula and Norgarden are two premier retirement communities in the lovely seaside town of Sidney, BC. We are currently hiring a part time (3 days a week) day and evening concierge.
Shifts are: 7am to 3pm, 8am to 3pm and 3pm to 8pm. Weekend availability is a must.
What will you do in a day shift?
Answer the phone
Input menu selections
Frequent Interaction with the residents, answering any questions they have
Deal with any medical emergencies in a calm and professional manner
Clean touch points frequently
Greet visitors

What do you need to qualify for this position?
Experience with seniors is definitely an asset
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral (in person and on the telephone)
MUST HAVE or OBTAIN BEFORE HIRE:
Criminal Record check (we pay)
Standard first aid and CPR
Proof of TB test
Immunization Record
Food Safe
